Dorset Snails is an award-winning family run business located in the heart of the Dorset countryside. We began snail farming in 2006 with one intention, to farm and supply the tastiest, freshest snails in the UK. We have certainly reached our goal and more! We have become an award-winning business and now also produce Dorset Snail Caviar. We supply a range of eateries that include Michelin star restaurants, hotels, gastro pubs and retail outlets that include butchers, deli’s and fishmongers.

From the very beginning it was necessary for us to become an approved business with the Foods Standards Agency. This was an extremely worthwhile procedure as it assures our customers of quality and biological security. We dispatch our orders on an overnight delivery service, ensuring the freshness of all of our products.

In 2012 we expanded our operation and opened a preparation unit and in the spring of 2017 we created a separate breeding room for our caviar.
