12 Oven ready Dorset Snails in a SMOKED garlic & parsley butter


To achieve a smoky flavour for our oven ready snails, we found introducing the smoky flavour to the butter mix has a much more desirable result than smoking the meat, as this has a tendency to dry them.

This way, the smoky flavour comes through without compromising the succulent meat.

Once received they can be refrigerated for up to 10 days or frozen for 3 months.
